Important Nutrition Information

Genesis Innovation Academy’s Nutrition Department will operate under the National School Lunch & School Breakfast Program during the 2024-2025 school year.

Genesis Innovation Academy will be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). Families will benefit from the elimination of completing and submitting meal applications.

Our food service receives support from the U.S. Department of Agriculture through the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.

Our goal is to ensure your scholar(s) receive nutritionally balanced, high-quality meals daily. Meals will be prepared on-site daily by SLA Management. We have been in partnership with SLA Management since 2017. We are pleased to announce that they will continue to prepare and serve our scholars healthy, nutritional meals.

All scholars will be offered breakfast and lunch during the school day.

Important Note

Nut Free Campus

Students are welcome to bring their own lunch but please be mindful that Genesis is a Nut Free Campus. No peanut products are allowed on campus.

Scholars are allowed to bring lunch from home, but please keep in mind of the following:

  • Genesis is a Nut-Free campus.
  • Microwave ovens and refrigerators will not be available for student use.
