Returning Families

Please find specific instructions below for families returning to Genesis Innovation Academy.

Intent to Return forms will be emailed on February 4, 2022 and must be submitted no later than February 18, 2022.

Step 1: Submit Intent to Return by February 18th

Parents of currently enrolled Genesis scholars must complete this Intent to Return form if they plan on returning their scholar to the school for the upcoming 2022/2023 school year.

To access the Intent to Return form from your computer, log into your Power School Parent Portal.  Click Forms and then click on the Intent to Return form.

To access the form from the Power School App on your phone, click the More button and then click on Forms and finally click on the Intent to Return form.  If you do not see the Forms option under the More tab, you may have to log out of the App and then log back in.  Please also ensure that you are on the latest version of the Power School App.

The deadline to complete your Intent to Return online form is February 18, 2022.  Unfortunately, if you miss the deadline, your scholar's seat will no longer be reserved. Please contact admissions@giacademy.org for more information.

Step 2: Complete Online Registration in March

All returning families must complete the Returning Families registration. The Returning Families registration will be sent in March.  Families will receive an email with instructions on completing the required registration.
