Who We Are

Our Mission

To help our scholars successfully meet the challenges they will face in the new economy, the Genesis team commits to the relentless pursuit of our Mission:

Our Mission Statement

At Genesis, we cultivate the next generation of path-breaking innovators, who maximize their gifts, pursue their passion, and lead with uncompromising discipline and integrity.

Our Vision

The Vision speaks to the success we want to create for our scholars and our community. Our vision is long term. To improve performance in grade school without improving college graduation rates, health, family stability, and economic well-being, is failure. Our Vision reminds us why what we do every day is critical:

Our Vision Statement

To partner with parents to raise scholars to be all they were called to be: great men and women of character, persistence, and intellect who create a legacy of prosperity for their communities by doing the following:
  • developing strong minds, bodies, and souls
  • faithfully stewarding healthy families
demanding fair and equitable policies for their community
  • building successful, socially-responsible organizations
  • conscientiously creating and leaving wealth for the next generation

Our Values

Genesis faculty and staff will model our core values to set the example. With love, support, and respect, we will hold our scholars to the same standard:

Our values spell out G-E-N-E-S-I-S   P-O-W-E-R.

Each month, one of the twelve listed values will be a school community focus:
  • Gratitude
  • Excellence
  • Nobility
  • Enthusiasm
  • Service
  • Industry
  • Stewardship
  • Perseverance
  • Optimism
  • Wisdom
  • Empathy
  • Respect
