The Board Committees generally meet each month as noted below:

- Academic Committee – 2nd Monday of each month
- Development Committee – 2nd Tuesday of each month
- Governance Committee – 3rd Wednesday of each month
- Finance Committee – 3rd Tuesday of each month
* Exceptions occur if holidays or emergencies fall on those dates.
